Barbara Bouza, president of Walt Disney Imagineering, expressed gratitude to TEA, emphasizing the honor of being recognized for pushing the boundaries of creative storytelling. The attraction, featuring an intergalactic chase, holds the distinction of being the longest fully enclosed coaster in any Disney park.

Among its “firsts,” the ride boasts the initial reverse launch for a Disney coaster and employs the first Disney Omnicoaster ride system. This innovative system ensures that vehicles make controlled rotations, providing guests with an immersive experience throughout the action-packed journey.
