Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind Review. I am trying to figure out how to put into words the depth and beauty of a “roller coaster”. This one is not easy to explain, nor is it easy to put into words the queue and the storyline. I would imagine Disney Publishing could write a book about the whole storyline in a 4 to 5 hundred page book.
We could use cliches like Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind is ” Out of this world” or superlatives like “This is the greatest coaster ever” but none of those do justice to what Guardians is. Cosmic Rewind cannot be described that way, nor can it be compared to any other ride.
This ride is a unique experience with the most in-depth storyline the Imagineer team has come up with in years. This is not to say that the Rise of the Resistance story or any of the Towers or Mansions is not great, but this one ties in our world and EPCOT into the story seamlessly and uniquely Disney.
Ok enough fluff, what do we think? If you have not figured it out by now, we absolutely loved it. The queue is worth just walking through, even if you have no reason to ride or cannot ride. The storyline is amazing, with callbacks and easter eggs that even the most ardent fans will appreciate.
The “Roller Coaster” aspect is best described this way… ….Pure enjoyment. It is a good time. It will put a smile on your face and we can guarantee you, that it will make you walk off saying the wait and money spent were well worth it.
I can see the future now, this is going to be at the top of everyone’s list of best attractions, next march during bracket month, it will win them all. This will become everyone’s favorite ride of all time, and more importantly, anyone who says differently is just trying to be different.
