Greta the hippo celebrated her first birthday at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park recently! Disney’s team at the Animal Nutrition Center made her a cake with all of her favorite foods to celebrate this milestone.

The “cake” included sweet potatoes, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon and more! Greta’s mom, Tuma, got in on the celebration with a taste.

“Greta the hippo celebrated her first birthday with the help of our Animal Nutrition Center! The team made her a cake full of her favorite foods like sweet potatoes, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon and more! Her mom, Tuma, even grabbed a “slice” in celebration! 🍉🍓🎂
The Animal Nutrition Center oversees the preparation of meals for the thousands of animals who call Walt Disney World Resort home.
