This morning we were on hand for the opening dedication of the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
The tower is named after the animated short “Destino” that was created by Salvador Dali and Walt Disney himself.

Take a look at the beautiful rooms here.
This update includes a 15-Story Tower bringing an additional 1800+ rooms with it, new walk ways over the scenic Lago Dorado, and a beautiful new water front dining location aptly named “Villa del Lago.”
Gran Destino Tower will contribute 545 new guest rooms, 50 of which are suites, as well as include a themed restaurant on the top level. It will feature a magnificent 2-story lobby trimmed with classic Spanish themes praising explorers, writers, artists, and architects. The Spanish influences will be felt entirely through the new building and renovated rooms.
