Goldie Hawn Confirmed as Mrs. Claus for ‘The Christmas Chronicles 2’. Christmas movie fans have eagerly been awaiting the cheerful news about the new Christmas Chronicles film coming soon to Netflix, and now we have a release date and a folklore villain! This time around, Kurt Russell (Santa Claus) will be joined by his wife, Goldie Hawn, who will also be portraying his on screen wife, Mrs. Claus in the holiday film. Goldie Hawn had appeared during the end credits scene of the original film for a brief interaction with Santa Claus, but now, the pair must work together to take down the dastardly Belsneckel, played by Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2). The sequel to the 2018 hot film is set to premiere on Netflix on November 25, 2020.
Netflix shared a teaser trailer for the new holiday film along with the caption, “It’s time for Mrs Claus to get her due. Kurt Russell & [Goldie Hawn] are back to save the holidays in The Christmas Chronicles 2, only on Netflix 25 November.” Check out the teaser trailer in the video shared in the post!
