Going Coastal at Coastal Eats in the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. The time of year all foodies have been waiting for is just a few weeks away. And you know what it is – the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE! This celebration kicks off on July 27 and runs through November 18, 2023, and is filled with thrilling and delicious offerings celebrating the various cultures and cuisines across the globe. 

Over at Coastal Eats, which is located on the outside of Creation Shop on the Test Track side, they have a great thing going at the whole food booth. We tried the Lump Crab Cake and really enjoyed it this year. The oversized lemon was confusing but, we do love some grilled lemon on our crab, so no real marks off for that.

The Cajun-spiced vinegar slaw is a nice addition to the dish. Overall this dish felt like we spent our money wisely. $7.00 for a crab cake that is decently sized is a win-win. The crab cake had a good outside crunch from being on the cooktop and the inside had a great taste and a good mouthfeel.

The only downside was no Oysters Rockafeller. They had run out earlier in the day. Who knew there would be a rush of oysters at Epcot?
