Gideon’s Bakehouse is extending the summer flavors into August with the return of their popular Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie and the continued availability of their Key Lime Pie Cake Bars.

The Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie, a fan favorite, features vanilla bean cookie dough infused with Florida Key Lime juice, topped with chocolate chips and key lime pie crumbs. It’s a delightful twist on a classic dessert and is available every day in August at both Gideon’s locations.
The Key Lime Pie Cake Bars, a limited edition treat, will also remain on the menu until August 11th. These luscious bars boast three layers of key lime cake filled with key lime curd and covered in both key lime cream cheese frosting and a new graham cracker buttercream.
Key Lime Graham Cracker Cake! It’s a new Limited Edition twist on our classic Key Lime Pie Cake! Three luscious layers of Key Lime Cake covered in not one but TWO frostings! Key Lime Cream Cheese Frosting and a new Graham Cracker Buttercream! But you deserve even more, so you’ll find channels for Key Lime Curd between each layer! This flavor is on the cake schedule every Wednesday and Saturday of August at both locations. Limit two per person. While supplies last each day!
