Get Ready to Celebrate Disney+ Day on November 12th. During the 3rd Quarter 2021 Earnings Report this week, Disney CEO Bob Chapek has shared that the company will be shifting its primary focus to Direct-to-Consumer content and service. Streaming services such as Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ all make up the Disney Bundle and it seems The Walt Disney Company will be making a big push this Holiday Season to provide new and exciting content for subscribers both old a new.

During the Q3 Earnings phone call, Chapek shared that November 12th, the launch date for Disney+ back in 2019, will now be known as “Disney+ Day” and will include a “company-wide cross-promotional campaign.” Though not many details about the new content have been shared Chapek assured those on the call that “We’re in the first inning of the first game of a long season.”

Disney+ alone has seen growth that defied expectations, especially as the streaming service expanded to international markets over the last year. Currently, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ host nearly 174 Million subscribers worldwide with predictions indicating the company could reach over 200 Million before the end of the year.
