Galaxy Far, Far Away Espresso Mousse Dome is Out of this World

We went to get the family some pizza after Galaxy’s Edge and, to my surprise, they had a Star Wars dessert. The Galaxy Far, Far Away Espresso Mousse Dome is both beautiful and surprisingly tasty. The espresso and caramel mousse was overtaken by the delicious chocolate ganache. The ganache surprised me with its velvety smooth texture and rich taste. The shortbread on the bottom was a nice touch. The chocolate decorations were sweet but hard to eat with the texture of the mousse and cookie.

This beautiful treat can be found at PizzeRizzo and supposedly also at the ABC Commissary. The cost is $5.99 before tax. Overall a good snack to remind you of the journey you just took (or are about to take) to Galaxy’s Edge.
