Gal Gadot Brings “Snow White” Villain to Disneyland
Disneyland Resort was treated to a dose of wicked glamour recently as Gal Gadot, star of Disney’s upcoming “Snow White,” made a special appearance, thrilling fans and offering a sneak peek into the film’s highly anticipated release. Gadot, who portrays the iconic Evil Queen, stepped into her character with captivating presence, posing for photos alongside beloved Disney figures.

The actress, known for her roles in the “Wonder Woman” franchise and the “Fast and Furious” series, embraced the villainous role, sharing moments with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, who showcased their vibrant attire for Disneyland’s upcoming 70th anniversary celebration, commencing May 16th. The event also featured a gathering of mini Evil Queens, as well as a lineup of classic Disney villains, including Maleficent, Hades, Mother Gothel, Lady Tremaine, and Jafar.
Gadot’s visit served as a promotional event for “Disney’s Snow White,” a live-action musical reimagining of the classic 1937 animated film. Directed by Marc Webb and produced by Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff, the film promises a magical musical adventure. Rachel Zegler stars as Snow White, with Gadot as her formidable Stepmother, the Evil Queen.
The film, written by Erin Cressida Wilson and executive produced by Callum McDougall, is set to open exclusively in theaters nationwide on March 21, 2025. This live-action adaptation aims to bring a fresh perspective to the timeless tale, blending contemporary storytelling with the enchantment of the original animated classic.
