Full Menu Unveiled for The Perch, Opening November 10 at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

The countdown is officially on to the debut of The Perch, Disney’s newest lobby bar perched (pun intended) inside the heart of the reimagined Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Set to open on November 10, 2025, The Perch promises to deliver elegant sips and sophisticated vibes wrapped in the resort’s signature Victorian charm.

Inspired by the Grand Floridian’s iconic birdcage elevator, The Perch features intricate woodwork, stained glass, and brass detailing, making it both a visual showpiece and a relaxing hideaway. With views of the sparkling lobby below, it’s a perfect new stop for guests looking to unwind after a day in the parks or toast to a magical evening by Seven Seas Lagoon.

Signature Cocktails
Two handcrafted drinks take center stage on the opening menu:

• Floridian 75 – Fords Gin, Florida Citrus Cordial, and Lemon topped with Taittinger ‘La Française’ Brut Champagne ($22)
• Sunshine State Rum Sazerac – Siesta Key Coffee Rum, Demerara, Absinthe Rinse, Peychaud’s Bitters, and Lemon Essence ($17.50)

Wine & Beer Selection
A robust global wine list accompanies the cocktails, featuring pours from France, Spain, New Zealand, Argentina, and California — plus a curated lineup of Florida favorites like 3 Daughters Beach Blonde Ale and Cigar City Jai Alai IPA.

Non-Alcoholic Option
Even guests skipping the spirits can sip in style with the Blueberry and Basil Iced Tea ($8), offering a refreshing, garden-inspired twist.

The Perch joins the Grand Floridian’s ongoing transformation, following refreshed guest rooms, updated dining spaces, and new common-area décor. It’s one of several enhancements bringing fresh life to the resort’s timeless elegance — and will soon be joined by the Garden View Lounge, reopening in early 2026 with a new tea experience.
