You might notice this little Green Button on the side of the page that says Rewards. If you have been brave enough to click on it then you might notice a slide out box that says something about winning Gift Cards.

All you have to do is Like, Comment, and Share your favorite articles from Chip and Co through Google, Facebook and Twitter and earn points that you can put towards free giftcards at retailers like Amazon, Pappa Johns and More!
Just follow these instructions:
At the top or bottom of any article you will see Share Boxes for Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Many More. Just click one or all of those and share them with your friends.
After your Like, Comment or Share you should see a little pop up like the one pictured above. You are now on your way to getting a free Giftcard from Chip and Co! It is just that easy. (Some signup may be required)
You are free to do this as many times as you like!
So scour the Chip and Co site and check out and share articles you might have missed and win free swag just for doing it!

Update – Commenting on Disqus still has a few bugs. For now if you just want to share Chip and Co on Facebook & Twitter you will earn points the fastest! Also for those using Internet Explorer you will not see the rewards program. The Developers are working on all these issues and should have a fix soon!

i’m wondering the same – I was so close to a reward, too!!
Where did it go? I have 1975 and would have gotten my last 25 for visiting and I can’t find it anymore.
I have been sharing since you started this and I have only recieved credit for one share…is there a system to it? can you only do one a day ?

No special sign up just link to your FB is all I did.
are you using Firefox or IE?
I see a box pop up when I am typing something for my Facebook post, but I don’t know if I am getting credit. How would I know if I am actually earning points?
What type of sign up is required?
I’ve shared and commented on a few things and I never get the pop up box and have not earned anything….any ideas???

I think with the comments they are still working out the bugs for Disqus. I would focus on sharing for now. I have received points for some comments but not all.
Are you looking at the site on a tablet or mobile phone?
I logged into rewards with my FB account but I’m logged into comments (disqus) through my google account because FB connect gives me an error when I try log in with it. Does this mean I won’t get reward credit when I make comments? Is there a way to log into rewards with Google?
