Disney Cruise Line Announces Four New Ships, Expanding its Fleet to 13!

The announcement was made by Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro, joined by the musical group All-4-One, during the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at the D23 Expo.

With five ships currently sailing and another four already in the works, this expansion represents a major milestone for Disney Cruise Line, offering guests even more opportunities to experience the magic and wonder they’ve come to expect. New Entertainment Unveiled

In addition to the fleet expansion, exciting new entertainment was also announced. The Disney Destiny, set to sail next year, will feature the signature production “Disney Hercules,” bringing the beloved animated film to life on stage.

Meanwhile, guests aboard the Disney Treasure, launching later this year, can look forward to the all-new stage production, “Disney The Tale of Moana.” This show will include a breathtaking 15-foot-tall puppet of Te Kā, the largest ever created for a Disney Cruise Line show. D’Amaro, who has already witnessed the puppet firsthand, described it as “stunning.”
