In honor of its namesake, the Michelin-recommended Four Flamingos, located next-door to Walt Disney World at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, will celebrate International Flamingo Day on Friday, April 26 from 5:00pm- 10:00pm with three exclusive menu items available one day only.

This one-day-only event features a vibrant menu with three exclusive flamingo-inspired dishes:

• Appetizer: Guava & Cheese – Fried Halloumi cheese paired with pickled pineapple and a vibrant pink guava puree.
• Entrée: Key West Pink Shrimp Boil – Indulge in a pound of peel-and-eat pink shrimp with Zellwood sweet corn, red bliss potatoes, and a flavorful Creole court bouillon finished with crab fat butter.
• Dessert: Dragon Fruit Tiramisu – A complimentary sweet treat for those who come dressed in flamingo attire! This special dessert features ladyfingers dipped in Chinola (passion fruit liqueur), layered with mascarpone mousse, and dusted with pitaya powder.
