This one-day-only event features a vibrant menu with three exclusive flamingo-inspired dishes:
- Appetizer: Guava & Cheese – Fried Halloumi cheese paired with pickled pineapple and a vibrant pink guava puree.
- Entrée: Key West Pink Shrimp Boil – Indulge in a pound of peel-and-eat pink shrimp with Zellwood sweet corn, red bliss potatoes, and a flavorful Creole court bouillon finished with crab fat butter.
