Florida reports 32,869 new coronavirus cases in the past week

Covid-19 cases are on the rise in Florida. Cases have increased by 415% in the state in the last week. That is quite an increase for one week.

Just a couple of weeks ago the White House named Orange County, Florida, a “hot spot” and it has now reached the “High Tier” for Covid-19 cases.

BNO Newsroom reported on Twitter that the state reported 32,869 new Covid-19 cases in the last week.

These cases continue to rise as crowds flock to Orlando theme parks for the holiday season. Universal Orlando recently updated its health policy to require all guests and employees, regardless of vaccination status, to wear face masks while indoors. Walt Disney World has not made any changes as of yet to its health and safety policies, but guests are already required to wear masks while indoors.
