Gorgeous new floral Mexico Minnie Ears have made their debut at the Epcot World Showcase! This is yet another addition to the country-specific Minnie Ears at the World Showcase! These stunning ears are adorned with embroidered floral designs. They beautifully celebrate the rich and vibrant art of Mexico.
The embroidery of these beautiful ears looks very inspired by the traditional style of embroidery known as Otomi embroidery. Otomi embroidery has an incredibly rich history. It is a form of very fine embroidery that involves elaborate and intricate floral motifs. Disney magic has also been woven into this design. Colorful little hidden Mickeys have been scattered throughout the design. These ears also have a very thick, heavy woven fabric, and are trimmed in red thread. Floral embroidery even runs down the sides of the headband too! A colorful striped bow also adorns these beautiful ears. The design of the bow is another design inspired by traditional Mexican textiles! The bow is inspired by sarape, which are striped wearable blankets.
You can find these new ears exclusively at the Mexico Pavillion in Epcot. They retail for $29.99, and keep selling out rather quickly!
