Flavors of Florida Culinary Demonstration from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and The Ganachery. This summer, join us at Waterview Park for a new culinary series! Learn from the experts at popular Disney Springs dining locations—and get a taste of their fresh, Florida fare.

We have enjoyed our last few Fridays going to Disney Springs and watching the Flavors of Florida Culinary Demonstrations by some of the best Chefs from around Springs. The final one of the year just passed with a great program featuring Chef Jennifer Ladisky making a Honey Lavander Chocolate that can be found at The Gnachary

A presentation by Chef Gary Miles showed us how they make the Rock Shrimp taco served at Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar, and Chef Georg Paulussen joined in during the demo to tell us all about the creation of the Flavors menu.

We hope Disney will bring this back in the future, it was a great way to spend a Friday morning!

Disney Springs Flavors of Florida presented by CORKCICLE continues through August 13, so there’s still time to sample all the delicious dishes inspired by the Sunshine State”
