First Look Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance At Galaxy’s Edge

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this Thursday August 29, 2019. Today Disney shared a first look at the highly anticipated attraction Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and lucky for us our very own Chip was there to experience this sneak peek!

The exciting attraction is a battle between the First Order and the Resistance. Guests will join the Resistance via a transport ship from Batuu to a secret rendezvous spot where they will meet General Leia Organa. According to the story something happens along the way and guests will be captured by the First Order. After being captures guests will be brought to a First Order Star Destroyer, where things really heat up as they seek to escape Kylo Ren and the First Order. Don’t worry though, some heroes from the Resistance will help along the way!

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is now open at Disneyland, and opens August 29th at Walt Disney World. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will debut on December 5, 2019 at Walt Disney World, and Jan. 17, 2020 at Disneyland! Which path will you choose, the First Order, or the Resistance?
