First look at the Magic Kingdom Off Main Street Construction. Our favorite spot to take a load off, relax, and get out of the sun has had the construction walls extended to encapsulate the whole street now.

Main Street USA side street by Uptown Jewelers is now completely blocked off. Disney construction crews are leveling the road and placing new bricks down. Firstly they had to rip up the older bricks. The replacement bricks are being laid down. We also noticed that Disney has reopened the sidewalks that lead to the backstage area, where they bring the balloons out for sale.

This construction is not a major project though, it is just a quick refurbishment and should be done very fast.
