The holidays are back in full swing at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, where this year’s gingerbread display has a nostalgic twist: a breathtaking replica of Cinderella Castle adorned with the beloved Dream Lights that once lit up the Magic Kingdom. Celebrating its 13th year of gingerbread displays, the Contemporary’s 17-foot-tall, 25-foot-wide masterpiece sits against a serene blue and white backdrop, creating the illusion of a sparkling night sky under a full moon.

The display is a marvel, crafted from 613 pounds of sugar, 1013 pounds of flour, 113 pounds of gingerbread spice, 51 pounds of chocolate, and more than 4,000 gingerbread bricks.
Hidden within this delicious landscape are 13 hidden Mickeys and a whimsical nod to Disney lore—a hidden 5-legged goat for sharp-eyed fans to spot.
Guests can indulge in the holiday spirit with themed treats from the snack kiosk beside the display. Offerings include a Linzer Cookie with raspberry filling ($6.49), a rich Caramel Apple Cake with gingerbread streusel ($6.99), and a Chocolate Hazelnut Log with hazelnut-praline crunch and festive holiday decor ($7.79).
For a fruity twist, the Pistachio Cranberry and Cherry Cake layers pistachio cake with white chocolate crunch and a cranberry-cherry crémeux ($7.79). A Santa Peppermint Hot Chocolate Tart offers a peppermint-chocolate delight, while classic favorites like the Plain Gingerbread Mickey Cookie ($7.99) and Gingerbread Cookie with the Contemporary Resort’s signature touch ($6.79) are also available.
Beverages bring a cozy winter vibe, with choices like the Winter Berry Freeze—a sparkling mix of cranberry and Minute Maid passion fruit orange guava juice with ginger ale and edible glitter ($6.29 non-alcoholic, $13.50 with rum)—and the Frozen Hot Cocoa, which can be enjoyed as-is ($6.29) or with a spirited twist, featuring Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, or Amaretto.
