First look at the Disney Wish
Disney Cruise Line debuted its newest ship, Disney Wish, yesterday and we got a first look at it! The Disney Wish is the fifth ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and offers some new features that we are super excited about! The new ship offers everything from a “Star Wars”-themed bar and a waterslide that features animation to a revamped kids club and interactive “Frozen”- and Marvel-themed restaurants.

The Grand Hall on the Disney Wish is absolutely stunning! Everything is done in whites and gold and the chandelier is so sparkly and magnificent! A golden statue of Cinderella greets guests at the bottom of the stairs. Cinderella and Prince Charming even appeared on the balcony above the stage to wave at guests.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is available onboard for younger guests ages 3 to 12 to receive a royal makeover.

We were able to stay in a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. The room is Moana-themed and absolutely amazing! Deluxe Family Oceanview rooms can sleep up to 5 guests and are perfect for families. There is plenty of storage space throughout the room and split bathroom. If you’d like to stay in one of these staterooms on your next cruise, contact me today to start planning that trip!
We were able to see some of the restaurants on board the Disney Wish. Restaurant 1923 pays homage to the history of the Walt Disney Company. It is an elegant celebration of the Disney legacy.

Enchante is an adult-exclusive dining location that offers a gourmet dinner, champagne brunch, and just desserts. The Rose is an adult-exclusive lounge reminiscent of the enchanted castle from Beauty and the Beast.
Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet with a wide variety of options at Marceline Market.
Other dining locations we got to see include the Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods where we found Goofy’s Grill and Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream. We also got a look at Wheezy’s Freezies.
We can’t forget about onboard activities! The new AquaMouse is the first-ever Disney attraction at sea! You won’t want to skip it. For the younger ones, the Toy Story Splash Zone is adorable and so much fun!
Your older kids can enjoy hanging out in Vibe, a teen hangout for ages 14-17. The whole family can enjoy fun together at Hero Zone. It is a groundbreaking recreation space where families are invited to play together. Sports court, game floor, playground, movie theater—Hero Zone is all of those and more!
This is just a small taste of what we were able to explore while onboard the Disney Wish. Stay tuned for more!
