Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar Debuts at Disney Springs This Fall — With Spooky Bites to Match!
Indiana Jones’ favorite pilot is trading in his pith helmet for a pumpkin! Starting August 19, 2025, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is getting its first-ever Halloween overlay — and the initial sneak peek is more treat than trick.
Dubbed Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar, this frightfully fun transformation will bring themed décor, creepy-cute eats, and limited-time libations to the fan-favorite lounge. While the bar has long been known for its holiday glow-up each winter, this is the first time it’s embracing the eerie vibes of spooky season — and we are here for it.

Let’s dig into some of the bone-chilling bites you can expect from this spirited celebration:
- Fried Chicken “Eyeball” Biscuit Sandwich – This savory snack puts the boo in biscuits! Fried chicken is nestled in a flaky biscuit and topped with skewered olives for a comically creepy “eyeball” effect.
- Crated Chicken & Eyeball Eggs – Chicken bites are paired with devilishly dressed deviled eggs made to look like — you guessed it — eyeballs, all served in a rustic wooden crate.
- Spooky Skull Quesadillas – Mini quesadillas are stamped with skull designs and laid atop chopped veggies, complete with a blood-red dipping sauce. Grim, but delicious.
- Mummified Sausages in a Coffin – Pastry-wrapped sausage “mummies” arrive in a coffin-shaped box with a tangy sauce on the side. Talk about a graveyard snack smash!
Though the food alone is enough to lure us in like moths to a flickering jack-o’-lantern, the overlay promises even more. Themed cocktails and desserts are reportedly on the way — and if they’re anything like the visuals we’ve seen, they’ll be just as photo-worthy as they are fang-tastic.

While Disney Springs doesn’t (yet) go full haunted house for Halloween, this is a wickedly fun step in that direction. Jock Lindsey’s has always leaned into its adventurous and eclectic theming, and now it’s flying into spookier skies.
So if you’re heading to Walt Disney World this fall, be sure to swing by Disney Springs for a chilling charcuterie, a spellbinding sipper, or just to soak up the festive ambiance at the Halloween Hangar Bar. Just don’t be surprised if your food is looking back at you…
