Universal Orlando Resort is presenting guests with a first-ever look at the magical creatures that await them in Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.
Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure will be the newest immersive experience addition to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This highly themed, immersive coaster experience will be unlike any other. It will combine a new level of storytelling with innovative coaster technology and elaborate environments. (There will be an actual forest with more than 1,200 live trees!) Guests will journey with Hagrid into the Forbidden Forest and discover some of the rarest magical creatures of the wizarding world. Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure will be located in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This new experience will open on June 13, 2019.
The first magical creature announced is, of course, Fluffy! Fluffy is a 3-headed guard dog that Harry Potter fans were introduced to in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Universal has announced that this gigantic and beloved magical creature will be confronted deep in the Forbidden Forest. I wonder if he is guarding something there? Remember, Fluffy does have a weakness and he will fall asleep at the sound of music! Fluffy weighs a whopping 8,000 lbs., which equates to roughly two standard Muggle cars.
New magical creatures that will be encountered inside the newest ride will be released by Universal every day this week starting today and through April 19. Make sure you check back every day for your daily dose of magical creatures!
