The video is only 3 minutes long. And considering most people were filming it, versus notifying security, I’d say disney had a pretty quick response time all things considered. Also, looking at how violent these people were of course cast members cannot get involved. Cast members would be putting themselves in danger. Better to protect themselves and other guests.

Such a sad state of affairs. No one tried to intervene except an older janitor and a another visitor until the guy started beating on the younger woman. Where was security????!! Where were cast members? Clearly, a manager is nearby but does nothing. They should have responded much sooner, called the cops and ejected those people from the park for the safety of others.
