Disney is marketing homes in Golden Oak’s newest neighborhood, The Cottages at Symphony Grove. The community name is a homage to “Silly Symphonies,” which is fitting for the cozy aesthetic of these new homes.
Golden Oak is a Disney Resort community located inside Walt Disney World Resort. Many people drive by the community entrance while traveling to Magic Kingdom. It’s incredible to be able to enjoy a luxury home without the need to leave the Disney Resort property.

Golden Oak
The Golden Oak neighborhood was inspired by Walt Disney’s Golden Oak Ranch in Newhall, California. The ranch was a filming location for segments of the Mickey Mouse Club in the 1950s and received its name when some say gold was discovered under an oak tree in the mid-1800s. After “tremendous interest,” Disney Imagineers worked together to design the 980-acre neighborhood. There are almost 300 hundred on the site of Golden Oak.
The Cottages at Symphony Grove is the latest neighborhood addition for Golden Oak. This neighborhood full of contemporary homes serves as a wonderful addition to the master plan of the community. Lastly, the beautiful Lullaby Park will be the community centerpiece of these cottages.
