A former youth baseball coach in Santa Barbara County has been arrested for allegedly molesting one of his players nearly 20 years ago.
Sheriff’s officials say Andrew Greenaway was arrested Tuesday at his Vandenberg Village home for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old boy at the Disneyland Hotel in 1991.
Officials say Greenaway had invited the boy on the overnight trip to Disneyland along with some other teammates. On the day they were supposed to leave, Greenaway told the boy’s parents that everyone else had cancelled, but he was still willing to take the 13-year-old boy on the trip. That’s when the alleged molestation occurred.
Detectives are looking for any other potential victims.
Greenaway is being held on $1 million bail.
