A popular Epcot restaurant will only be open 5 days a week starting in January. La Hacienda de San Angel in the Mexico Pavilion is going to be operating only 5 days a week come January 2021.
Guests can enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine and premium margaritas are served with Old World hospitality at this waterfront retreat. According to the Disney World website, there is no availability at La Hacienda de San Angel on Mondays and Tuesdays through mid-February.

Dining reservations are only available through February 16, 2021, right now since Disney changed their advanced dining reservation policy to 60 days in advance.
Disney’s International Program used to fill World Showcase with Cast Members from the countries represented. La Hacienda de San Angel used to have a chef from Mexico preparing the food for guests. Due to the pandemic, Disney has not been able to run the International Program.

Disney isn’t sure when they will be able to bring their programs back but they are hopeful and looking forward to that day.
