In honor of Bourbon Heritage Month this September, Enzo’s Hideaway is serving up a special flight. Sample three new bourbon-based drinks: Bourbon Margarita, New York Sour and Black Sunset.

The Bourbon Margarita is Jim Beam Black Bourbon, Cointreau, lime juice, and agave. The New York Sour is Knob Creek Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and topped with Merlot. And the Black Sunset is Jim Beam Black Bourbon, Amaro, Aperol, and lemon juice.
