This springtime tradition invites participants to embark on a scavenger hunt throughout Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District.

Get ready to hop to it! Thanks to a recent Disneyland Magic Key Instagram Story, we now know Eggstravaganza 2025 will be bringing springtime fun from March 21st to April 25th. Prepare for an exciting scavenger hunt as you explore Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District, seeking out those adorable character-themed eggs hiding in plain sight – you might find them on a window ledge or nestled in a doorway!
Embark on your Eggstravaganza adventure by purchasing a map for $9.99 at select merchandise locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. Please note that separate maps are available for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District, each guiding you through its respective area. After locating all the character eggs within your map’s designated location, simply return it to a redemption point to claim your “Paint-Your-Own Character Egg” prize. And yes, you get to keep your map as a souvenir!
For 2025, Eggstravaganza participants will be rewarded with a unique “Paint-Your-Own Character Egg” keepsake. This year’s collection features six beloved characters: Chip, Dale, Mickey, Minnie, the White Rabbit, and Thumper, each presented as a charming, egg-shaped wooden cutout. Each kit includes a mini paint set and brush, allowing guests to personalize their prize.
Each character egg comes with four carefully selected paint colors, reflecting their iconic looks. For example, Dale’s kit features vibrant red and yellow, reminiscent of his Rescue Rangers attire, while Mickey’s includes his classic red and yellow, alongside pink and black. Minnie’s palette offers a delightful mix of yellow, pink, light purple, and black. Packaging images showcase Mickey and Minnie in their respective paint colors, providing a helpful guide for aspiring artists. The White Rabbit, depicted with a delightfully harried expression, comes with white, pink, purple, and black paints.
