While waiting for the Disney Vacation Club Member signup for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind I received a little pop-up announcing when the preview for DVC members would be.
The dates for the DVC Preview will be select times on May 9th and May 18th.

They also noted on the website:
Due to high demand, entry into the queue or registration form does not guarantee event registration.
•Event is subject to availability.
•Once you enter the registration form, you will have 5 minutes to complete each page. If you remain inactive for more than 5 minutes, you will be transferred out of the registration form and queue.
•You can view your status in the virtual queue below.
•Please have your Member identification number ready.
As registration progresses, you will see the number of Guests ahead of your decrease. Once it’s your turn, you will be automatically directed into the registration form.
