Downtown Disney extending hours for the Holidays

The holiday season is in full swing at the Downtown Disney District in Disneyland. Guests visiting the area can do their holiday shopping and dining in Downtown Disney as well as Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure. The district is now extending their operating hours so guests have more time to experience the holidays there.

Now through January 2, 2021, Downtown Disney will open at 9 am rather than 10 am and close at 9 pm.

There are two days, however, when the district will close an hour early. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Downtown Disney will close at 8 pm instead of 9 pm.

Also, on Christmas Day the shopping district will open an hour later, at 10 am so families can enjoy their Christmas morning.
