Twitter user @MaagicConch was able to capture an incident that occurred Sunday night with one of the Disney Characters at the Hollywood Studios performance of Fantasmic.

As you can see in the video Dopey falls off the upper level of the character boat onto Goofy on the first level. Chip runs over to assist Dopey while he is on the ground.
We were able to find a second video with a more straight on shot of the incident from twitter user @ariipariee

No word if the character was injured but the show continued on.
It was a very scary incident and we hope nobody is seriously injured.
