Disneyworld refurbishment schedule 2010

Here is a compiled list of the refurbishments and closings at the Disneyworld Resort in Florida. Before you travel please check out www.disneyworld.com to confirm all these closures and refurbishments as this list is subject to change.

Current

• Test Track (Epcot) closed through 1/17/10 for refurbishment.
• Uzima Pool (Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House) closed through 1/29/10 for refurbishment. Guests may use Samawati Springs Pool at Kidani Village.
• Dig Site Feature Pool (Coronado Springs Resort) closed through 1/31/10 for refurbishment. Guests may use the feature pool at the Caribbean Beach Resort.
• Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom) closed through 2/13/10 for refurbishment. Liberty Tree Tavern will host character dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner through 2/14/10.
• Splash Mountain (Magic Kingdom) closed through 2/27/10 for refurbishment.
• Blizzard Beach closed through 3/20/10 for refurbishment.
• Cinderella Castle exterior (Magic Kingdom) under refurbishment through 3/31/10. During this time, scaffolding may cover portions of the Castle. The Castle will remain open to guests. The moat may be drained for refurbishment during this time as well.
• Cantina de San Angel (Epcot) closed through Fall 2010.

Upcoming

• Living with the Land (Epcot) closed 1/18/10 – 2/5/10 for refurbishment.
• Luna Park Pool (Boardwalk Inn & Villas) closed 1/18/10 – 2/5/10 for refurbishment. Shuttle transportation to Stormalong Bay Pool (Yacht & Beach Club) will be available.
• Old Key West Resort Feature Pool closed 2/1/10 – 2/28/10 for refurbishment. Shuttle transportation to the feature pool Saratogo Springs Resort & Spa will be available.
• Backlot Tour (Hollywood Studios) closed 2/15/10 – 3/27/10 for refurbishment.
• Studio Catering Co. (Hollywood Studios) closed 2/15/10 – 3/27/10 for refurbishment.
