Guests visiting Disney California Adventure can now see Asha and Star from Disney’s “Wish” ahead of World of Color. A new water short highlighting the story behind the wishing star from the new Disney film is being presented ahead of World of Color – Season of Light.

Beginning Nov. 17, 2023, for a limited time, a new water short highlighting the story behind the wishing star from Walt Disney Animation Studios film, “Wish,” will be presented ahead of “World of Color – Season of Light” at Disney California Adventure Park. When the lights dim around Paradise Bay, Asha and Star take guests on a journey set to the song “This Wish” from the film.
Animated projections, majestic fountains synchronized to music, dazzling lasers, and sparkling lighting effects magically combine to tell the story of how stars can guide, inspire and remind us to believe in possibility. Disney’s “Wish” debuts in theaters November 22.
World of Color – Season of Light is the holiday version of World of Color. See beloved moments from Disney and Pixar films illuminate a towering wall of mist. Watch hundreds of sky-high fountains dance in time to festive music as shimmering snowflakes fill the scene. Experience a mesmerizing spectacle as enchanting and magical as the holidays themselves!
