Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Closing for Refurbishment in November
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park will be closing for refurbishment starting next month. On November 13, 2022, Typhoon Lagoon will close and Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park will open.

Walt Disney World Resort is home to two water parks: Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach. Blizzard Beach has been closed all year due to refurbishment but will be reopening on November 13. When it finally reopens, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will close for its own refurbishment.
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon is open now through November 12 and park reservations are currently not required to visit Disney’s water parks.
