Disney’s Polynesian Resort welcomes you with a warm, “Mele Kalikimaka,” (Merry Christmas) as you step into its holiday paradise!
Tropical flowers and brightly colored ornaments cover the Christmas wreaths hung throughout the lobby. Red and greens are paired perfectly with bright sunny yellows and deep ocean blues to create just the right theme.
The Christmas tree draws your attention right away with its pastel pink Hawaiian lei flowers and matching ornaments. Other plants are scattered throughout and it almost looks more like a tropical garden than a Christmas tree!
There are even pineapple ornaments! The Christmas tree is finished off perfectly with some classic clear lights strung around.
The rest of the lobby isn’t left out of all of the tropical Christmas fun, though! The lower lying ceilings are embellished with lighted garland full of the tropical flowers found elsewhere in the lobby.
