Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Adds Eerie Haunted Mansion Parlor Option Aboard New Cruise Ship
Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons has announced a unique new venue for couples seeking a “hauntingly beautiful” setting: the Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the upcoming Disney Destiny cruise ship. This addition brings a “spirited” option to the Disney Cruise Line wedding offerings, welcoming ghostly guests to witness couples exchange vows.
Inspired by the iconic Haunted Mansion attractions at Disney Parks, the Haunted Mansion Parlor is described as a mysterious lounge resembling a first-class drawing room from a classic cruise liner. The venue will feature themed design elements, including portraits that shift to reveal secrets of a ghostly sea captain and his bride-to-be, and potential appearances by the famous hitchhiking ghosts within the parlor’s mirror.

The intimate space can accommodate weddings with up to 25 guests, including the couple. The associated wedding package includes an officiant, floral arrangements, and a cake and champagne celebration, which will be held in a separate venue on the ship after the ceremony.
Disney notes that wedding parties can enjoy the full range of Disney Cruise Line offerings before and after the ceremony, including dining experiences, shows, and recreational activities, positioning the ship as an ideal setting for destination weddings or vow renewals with family and friends.
This new Haunted Mansion Parlor wedding venue will be available exclusively on Disney Destiny sailings, beginning with its inaugural passenger voyage scheduled for May 14, 2026, departing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Haunted Mansion Parlor joins over 100 other wedding and vow renewal venues offered by Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons across Disney theme parks, resorts in California and Florida, Aulani in Hawaii, Disney Castaway Cay, and aboard the seven ships of the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
