Disney’s BoardWalk is embracing the holiday spirit with the return of its beloved gingerbread display, a miniature replica of the BoardWalk Deli. Unveiled on Tuesday, November 12th, this charming creation is now a festive centerpiece in the resort’s lobby.

While smaller than other gingerbread displays across Walt Disney World, the BoardWalk Deli replica is no less impressive. It sits atop a table, surrounded by festive greenery and ropes, showcasing intricate details and holiday cheer.

Festive Features

The gingerbread house is adorned with a variety of delightful touches, including:

• Mickey-shaped wreaths: Two wreaths, one featuring peppermints and gingerbread men, the other with Mickey ornaments and images of Mickey & Friends, add a touch of Disney magic.
• Character silhouettes: The windows of the gingerbread house showcase illuminated silhouettes of beloved Disney characters, including Pluto, Figaro, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy.
• Festive accents: Candy garlands, white icing resembling snow, and tiny wreaths complete the charming design.
• Functional clock: A working clock sits atop the gingerbread building, adding a whimsical touch.

Sweet Treats and Merchandise

A kiosk next to the gingerbread display offers a tempting selection of holiday treats and merchandise. Guests can indulge in gingerbread shingles, Mickey caramel corn cookies, peppermint bark, and more. Festive drinks like hot chocolate and alcoholic variations with Bailey’s, Peppermint Schnapps, or Amaretto are also available.

Holiday Cheer Throughout the Resort

Guests can also find holiday merchandise at the resort’s gift shop, Screen Door General Store.
