Disney’s Animal Kingdom guest experience team is next to be added at the parks. Previously, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios had tested out the guest experience team.
The Animal Kingdom guest experience team is stationed throughout the park to provide extra information to guests in need. All cast members provide information as needed while you are visiting the parks. However, the newest experience team will be proactively assisting guests with booking, modifying and recovering FastPass+ selections, navigating the My Disney Experience app, and deactivating and reactivating MagicBands.
In addition, the guest team will also provide recommendations, help guests view attraction wait times, and give tips on how to navigate the park.
The newest experience team at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will available to guests beginning Sunday, July 14, 2019.
