Disney’s Animal Care Team earns the prestigious AZA Accreditation! Even with the Disney Parks closed, Disney’s Animal Care Team is still working hard to keep the animals happy and healthy, especially at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Disney Parks Blog shared that Disney’s Animal Care Team has been able to develop new enrichment activities for the animals during this time. This helps to “establish strong relationships with the animals and maintain their well-being.”
All of this great care has earned them the prestigious AZA Accreditation! The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) Accreditation is a huge honor for Disney’s Animal Care Team and is very well deserved.
It is apparent that Disney’s Animal Care Team really values their relationships with these species and cares about their well-being. Congrats, Animal Care Team! Keep up the amazing work.
