Disneyland's Candy Canes - Round 2

The next batch of fresh candy canes is set to be made Saturday, Dec. 12 at Disneyland.

Makers at the Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen on Main Street U.S.A. are scheduled to melt, stretch and mold more fresh candy canes this weekend. As we told you last week, guests can line up to get tickets and return later to buy them. Spectators can watch the process in the big windows along the kitchen.

The candy canes â€” about the length of a forearm â€” traditionally sell out at $9.95 each. Makers only sell candy canes about four to five times a holiday season, a tradition for about 35 years.
