Disneyland Resort Adds Pedestrian Bridge to New Parking Garage

DL Bridge

Earlier this year, Disneyland Resort began construction on a new parking structure where the Pinocchio surface lot once stood. The 6,500 spot garage was announced last year as the focus of a multi-year project, aiming to improve parking and transportation. A pedestrian bridge will connect the new structure to the rest of the resort. Once completed, the bridge will allow guests to explore the Downtown Disney District on their way to the park entrances. Plans also include additional access lanes to alleviate guest traffic.

Many are thrilled, claiming the long-awaited expansions will greatly enhance efficiency and guest safety, both constant goals for Disney.
