Holiday season at the Disneyland Resort is right around the corner! We just heard that Disneyland now has its official dates for its famous Candlelight Processional ceremony.
The Candlelight Processional is an annual ceremony held at both Disneyland and the Walt Disney World Resorts. The ceremony has been a holiday tradition at Disneyland Park since 1958. It features talented singers and a live orchestra! During the performance, a celebrity narrator tells the tale of the first Christmas.
Seating for this event is highly coveted and a true wonder to experience. Seating for the processional are reserved, prior to the event, for VIPs and other esteemed guests. For all other guests, standing-only spots are first come, first serve. Guests have been known to wait for hours before the nighttime performance to ensure a spot.
The 2019 Disneyland Candlelight Processional will be held on Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th. The stage for the performance will be located just past the park’s entrance, in between the Disneyland Railroad Station and Town Square. There is still more information to come about this special event including show times and celebrity narrator (s). So, stay tuned with us for all your Disney Holiday news and updates!
