Disneyland Paris wins at the European Stars Award and shortlisted for other Awards

Whilst 2020 has been a difficult year for the Walt Disney Company with park closures and disrupted cinema releases, Disneyland Paris wins awards and shortlisted for more! Disneyland Paris wins the European Stars Award and is shortlisted for the Park World Excellence Awards! Meaning that Disneyland Paris won Europe’s Best Family Park as well as placing second in Europe’s Best Dark Rides, for The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at the European Stars Award. This prestigious award ceremony is organised by Kirmes Park & Revue. Awards which recognise entrepreneurship, courage and innovation within the European theme park industry!
That’s not all, Disneyland Paris has also been shortlisted four times at this year’s Park World Excellence Awards. It’s the third year for this ceremony, which identifies the “very best” operators, suppliers, manufacturers and entertainment specialists from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This is a massive achievement for Disneyland Paris!

Best Dark Ride or Media Based Experience: The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: A New Dimension of Thrills at Walt Disney Studios Park, supplied by Walt Disney Imagineering
Best Large Park: Disneyland Park
Best Live Entertainment: Frozen 2: An Enchanted Journey; The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands at Disneyland Park
