The Disneyland Resort recently suspended its Annual Passholder program. Today Disneyland announced that guests who held a valid Annual Passport when the parks closed will now be known as Legacy Passholders.
Legacy Passholders can still enjoy special magical extras. The previously announced 30% AP merchandise discount is still available. On top of that, guests who held active Passports as of March 14, 2020, will continue to receive applicable discounts, based on their Passport type, on merchandise and food and beverages at select Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street locations until new membership offerings are announced.
Welcome, Disneyland Resort Legacy Passholders! Thank you for having been a Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder as of March 14, 2020, the date of our Parks’ closure. Get ready to be delighted with magical extras that celebrate you.

Those food and merchandise discounts might not be the only perks Legacy Passholders get! Here’s what Disneyland said:
“It’s the magic that makes being a Disneyland Resort Legacy Passholder such an unforgettable experience. And that’s just for starters—we’re working on adding more magic during this limited time!”
