According to the OC Register we hear that the House of Blues at Downtown Disney Anaheim At the Disneyland Resort is set to be demolished, possibly as soon as September 20th.
Disney officials confirmed that pending approval by Anaheim, the building, which is in the center of the promenade outside the two theme parks, would be demolished. They would not say what will replace the restaurant and 1,000-seat concert hall.
House of Blues is overhauling the old movie theaters at the GardenWalk shopping center into a 2,000-seat concert hall and a smaller 400-seat room for less well-known names and other events. There will be a larger restaurant, lounge and kitchen than at the Downtown Disney location.
