Disneyland expands waste bins at theme parks

Disney is known for being committed to conservation and caring for the environment. The Disneyland Resort is making another change to help reduce the amount of waste going to landfills.

Now, along with the regular trash and recycling bins at Disneyland, guests will find a new food waste bin. Guests can help reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill by disposing uneaten food into the food waste bins. The food waste is then converted into feed nutrients for farm animals.
