Get Ready to Indulge! Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Treats Are Here!
With 70+ new foods and beverages arriving for the Disneyland 70th anniversary there was not enough time to try even a quarter of them during our recent visit. Here are a few of the sweeter foods we tried and what we thought.

70th Stuff
The celebration version of the “grey stuff”. The 70th Stuff is a shortbread cookie with a cookies & cream cake, fresh raspberry and raspberry jam, surrounded with white chocolate mousse and topped with colored sprinkles. This treat is extremely sweet. Almost too sweet and that’s saying something coming from me. If you get a bite with a little bit of everything mixed in, it’s very tasty but there’s not enough cake and filling to get a good blend in every bite.
If you want to try the 70th Stuff yourself, you’ll find it at Red Rose Taverne for $7.29.

House-Filled Celebration Beignet
Beignets are a must-eat snack when visiting Disneyland! A new one has arrived at Tiana’s Palace just for the 70th anniversary. It’s filled with raspberry mousse and topped with blue buttercream glaze, an edible candle, and sprinkles.
Overall, this treat was good. The filling isn’t as spread out inside the beignet so one side was empty while the other was very full. Also, be careful with the buttercream! The blue will stain your fingers for a bit. The beignet is $5.99.

Pineapple Upside Down Sundae
Dole Whip fans will want to try this new, cool treat! At The Tropical Hideaway you’ll find a new sundae. It is Dole Whip pineapple, caramel drizzle and pineapple upside down cake, topped with a maraschino cherry. It’s available during the 70th anniversary for $8.49.
As someone who does not like pineapple, I was surprised at how much I liked this sundae! The caramel drizzle sounded odd but tasted really good with the pineapple soft serve.

Peach Cobbler Funnel Cake Fries
One of my favorite treats from the new 70th foods is the peach cobbler funnel cake fries from Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. The funnel cake fries are rolled in cinnamon and sugar and topped with peach topping, vanilla ice cream, and streusel. You can get it for $9.99.
Oh boy this dessert was so yummy! We shared it between two of us. It was sweet without over doing it. The peach topping was warm and the ice cream was cold and it all blended lovely.

Mickey-Shaped Confetti Waffles
For this next treat we headed into Disney California Adventure. Schmoozies is offering special Mickey waffles during the anniversary celebration. The waffles are stuffed with strawberry filling and topped with powdered sugar, sprinkles, and strawberry whipped cream. You get two waffles for $10.99.
I shared the waffles but wish I’d had both to myself. The filling was delicious and if you want to, you can top them with syrup as well. Watch out for the powdered sugar as it can get messy!

70th Celebration Churro
Our final treat can be found in both parks. The 70th Celebration Churro is a churro rolled in ube sugar and topped with marbled blue raspberry icing and sprinkles. I really enjoyed this churro. The flavors were great but some of the sprinkles are just too big and crunchy.
