Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin has appointed Greg Sherman as the new director of food and beverage, overseeing their extensive operation comprised of 23 world-class restaurants.

Sherman brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having held positions such as executive chef, general manager, regional general manager, and director of training and development.
Most recently, Sherman served as Chief Operating Officer at Rosa Mexicano, where he oversaw various aspects of the restaurant chain’s operations including culinary, beverage, and private dining. His impressive tenure included opening new locations, managing a large team, and implementing successful training programs.
